Suggest Treatment For Gastric
sir, my BP is 110/70 and i have heavy gastic when in wek up soddenly and also sleep down soddenly i have feel heavy head reeling i also taking madicine now i.e 1-sternetil M, 2-lafaxid-D , 2- vertin but there is no relief so kindly request to advice me what madicine will be taken by me

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned what gastric problem you have, now as long as the vertigo is concern it can be managed with the medicine that you are taking but important is underlying cause of this if the symptom of headache and vertigo is persist then it has to be sent for investigations like CT of brain and cardiac evaluation test till then you can try Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
