Hi, If I were your treating Doctor for this case of
hyperhomocysteinemia, I would come up with three possibilities, these include:
The first possibility is of diet. To help control the correct
metabolism, you should not eat food with
methionine in them, it means to avoid cheese,curd,white part of egg,buckwheat, semolina,beef . Also take some green vegetables, enriched B6,B12 ,
folic acid,betaine(beet roots), then you may need drugs like B complex, folic acid.
The second possibility is of diuretic plants.
The last possibility is of Vitamin D,cod oil, Vitamin A,olive oil,pomegranate,apple,garlic to decrease
Cholesterol.
We always have different BP on different hands. You should check BP on the one hand.
