I am a 31 year old female, who up to this point has been pretty healthy. I do have a genetic disorder which affects my cortisol production, but I have never had a problem or treatment. My current issue is that I have been having my limbs (mostly left side) fall asleep, lately its been happening more often, no matter the position I sit in. If I sit cross-legged my left leg goes numb almost immediately. If I have my arms resting on a surface, my left arm will go numb from the elbow down. And I also go numb sleeping at night, I wake up to a dead leg or hip. They wake up pretty fast but the occurrences are happening more often. Today, I have had my left arm asleep since I woke up 6 hours ago. Also if i grip on to an object my wrist and thumb become very fatigued very quickly regardless of the weight. I have also experienced more frequent headaches, fatigue, vertigo, excessively thirsty lately, and excessively itchy on my legs and torso. My forgetfulness and loss of common words is out of control. Is this something I need to worry about?
