Hello I notice almost a week ago a black looking wart in rise position on my inner thigh near genitals but nowhere else caught it by mistake not sure how long its been their but it was surprising to me.Now it seem like Im having a feeling of when I urination issues its doesnt burn but feels like some is not comin out after I just went also my testicles are rising up

better do visit a doctor and get yourself examined as to what exactly is that thing...
dont just blindly get into wrong conclusions...
take their advice and follow it up..
things will improve gradually...
if in case it is not causing any major problem,
there is no need to manipulate it also..
