I am Deepshikha, 22 yrs of age; height 5 ft 5 inches, weight 57 kgs. I think my thighs are quite flabby and even my legs seem heavy. All kind of outfits may suit me due to my fair complexion and good features but the lower portion of the body doesn't really go with my persona. Kindly suggest me some ways to get my entire body in shape in just a month or two.

Aerobic exercises help to make the shape of body ...u have to leave oil and fatty product use fibres in diet ...skim milk also be used..
