Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Gilberts syndrome is a mild disease.
2. In periods of stress, our bilirubin may increase. However, at other times, it will be normal.
3. Do not worry. Nothing can be done and nothing is required to be done too. Many people have Gilberts disease and do not even know it. Its a mild syndrome. Not to worry.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
