Suggest Treatment For Grade-1B Cervical Carcinoma

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... My mother is detected with Cervicle Carcinoma Grade 1 B , She is suffering from respiratory problem and uses Bi- Pap & Oxeygen concentrate machine to maintain oxygen level around 97/98. Please advise we should go for surgery in first place or Radiotherpy / Kemo. Also advise best doctor in Faridabad and Delhi with proven succses.

hi. considering the prevalent respiratory problem the risk in surgery is more so my advise is to go for CT+RT with curative intent.
if surgery is inevitable at any time it should be done under epidural analgesia instead of general anaesthesia.
