Suggest Treatment For Green Discharge

im very worried & scared right now, im 14 years old, 5'1 in height, 38kilos. yesterday i noticed i saw, i had a little green stuff on my panty. then i saw another earlier. so i decided to search on the internet what was this mean, it was an infection, why did i had one? but i always clean it everyday, what should i do? is there still any way to stop this? like, eating some foods or something?. i'll wait for the answer & thanks!
