I have noticed that my 7 weeks old daughter has green colored patch in the middle of tongue. In the beginning it was white but now it is green. What should I do? What is could be? Your advice in this regard will be highly appreciated.

HI if the patch is not painful and not associated with any difficulty in feeding, and not increasing in size , it does not need any medicines.
