Hi.my nephew is 4 years old and his weight is around 15kgs. but still now he do not reply any thing correctly though from last two years he is reading in L.N.his teacher tells us that is not like other student,he did not give reply what ever ask to him and still now he is unable to write A-B-C.we are very upset ,please give us suggestion. I really appreciate your concern, there are certain congenital brain conditions and that need to be ruled out and that could be mental retardation, dyslexia, all these conditions needs complete clinical examination, without the diagnosis nothing can be done because management of this depends upon diagnosis, hope this information helps, take care.
