Suggest Treatment For Gurgling Feeling In Pelvic Area At 37th Week Of Pregnancy

I am 37 weeks pregnant today and I just had a gurgling feeling in my pelvic area. It kind of felt like what happens to my stomach when I am hungry but right behind my pelvic bone. What could this be? Also, I have been having sharp shooting pains that seem to be where my right femur bone meets my pelvic bone. Is this my baby hitting a nerve?

Gurgling feeling is because of the movement of your bowel. Pain happens because of the increasing weight of the tummy which increases pressure over pelvic bones. Once you deliver these pains should go off slowly.
