Suggest Treatment For Haemagioma In Brain
my sister in law suffering from a haemagioma in brain. doctor suggested to tale levetiracetam (epilive 500). two time in a day
when she takes drug she feels lazy, always sleeping, weakness , so she never took both the dose in a day. Is this normal or some thing wrong?

Hemangiomas typically are not removable. The treatment therefore, of LEVETIRACETAM (Brand name KEPPRA in the US) is used for seizure control which can occur with these types of lesions due to their bleeding. Her response and behavior is due to the medication and her doctors may need to adjust dosing or check what other medications are being given to her at the same time to decide if there is a drug to drug reaction going on that can be stopped by changing one or the other drug.
