Suggest Treatment For Haemmorhoids
Iam a female 44 years old, asthmatic and suffering from Hypothyroidism and Haemmorhoids
.for the past few years i 've the triouble of frequent bowel movement ,i have tried all therapies without any major improvement,lately one of the physician diagnosed it as IBS and prescribed me Rabecer-DSR,Rifagut,Velgut and Normaxin.this provided me momentary relief but after a month ,i develop acute constipation,soDr told me to discontinue the medicines and asked me to get a ultrasound and CECT done,which reveals that i've two gall bladder stones and degerative changes in my spine and fibroids in uterus,rest everything was normal.the Dr then prescribed me Bio D3 Fem caps and Ezeepam plus.for few days condition improved ,but again it is back to square one as i am having frequent loose motions along with blood,i am taking SITCOM for this problem.kindly guide and help me so that i can lead a healthy,happy life.

* 1st and early 2nd stage hemorrhoid are well managed with conservative
line of treatment as
- soft , light diet with high fiber , plenty of liquids
- ispaghula husk
- sitz bath regularly
- avoidance of oily , spicy , non veg , smoking , alcohol
* Advanced 2nd stage and 3rd stage , not responding to conservative
management may have to opt option of - Band ligation - Stappler
or open hemorrhoidectomy - Sattorn method
