Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall And Dandruff

Hi, I am 25 year old female. My problem is hairfall and dandruff. It is from 10 years. Now my hairs are like a cat tail thickness. I think main cause is dandruff from the time I got it my hair fall started and dint reduce after using many things & applying packs etc. I don t get ittching but when ever I scratch the scalp, powder of white comes out in nails. It s totally powdery dandruff. The day I shampoo it will go and the very next day it comes back. Now I m using herbal shampoo brinhjraj and oil maha brinhjraj. I couldn t see any positive result from it. Please please give some suggestions I don t want my hair from cat tail to rat tail.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Dandruff can be the cause for hair fall.
You can use noskurff / ketoconazole lotion in night and sleep.
In day you can use sebowash shampoo to wash your hair.
Also take antihistamine tablet like cetrizine
This will give you relief.
