Hello, You must remember that Androgenetic alopecia or Male pattern Baldness is a progressive condition, like ageing skin and once you stop the medications the hair gained by the medications are going to shed off sometimes slowly and return to your original state (pre-treatment hair). In some cases the hair growth may last longer than expected even after stopping the treatment. Medical management of male pattern hair loss aims at gaining hair till the age you want (typically which is 5-6 years) and then letting the natural process take over. Later in life (or even now when hair loss is not responsive to medications) if you want a permanent solution for hair loss then hair transplantation is the procedure of choice. PS: No peer revived scientific journals and society exists which supports ervamatim. Also the contents are just said to be 'natural' without much specifications. I would suggest you to stay away from this product.
