Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss And Mouth Ulcers

looking for underlying causes of three conditions I see in my sister, hair loss, red cracks in the corners of her mouth and slow healing with wounds and bone fractures. She has no vitamin deficiencies and thyroid is normal she has osteoporosis. No answers so far so interested in anyone elses take on possible things to explore

Hi.
As per your case history your sister is probably having multivitamin deficiency, though the reports may be normal.
My treatment advice is -
1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Apply a triamcinolone gel on angle of mouth.
3. Take multi vitamin supplements like supradyn and folimax-12 once daily for 3 months.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
