Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss

hi i am a healthy male of 22 years from Dhaka, Bangladesh, i am unmarried. i am facing hair loss from both side and slow hair growth in male pattern. i also have dandruff on scalp and itch. is there any effective medicine? i dont take any kind of medicine now.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having male pattern hair loss.
My treatment advice is -
1. It is a genetic condition that can be controlled but not reversed.
2. As you are just 22 years, treatment can be effective.
3. Avoid hair oil for at least 2 weeks as you are having dandruff.
4. Start minoxidil 2% solution application twice daily for hair loss and clotrimazole lotion once daily for dandruff.
5. Other treatment options are oral finasteride, oral multivitamins, oral antifungals taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Take above treatment for 3 months to get appreciable results.
