Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss

Hi Sir/Ma am, I am facing hair loss at the age of 28. I took Ayurvedic for some time & then homeopathic medicine but did not continue as i came to know that its result is very slow. Heard that following could be make good result for me. I want to use derma roller and medicine as Keraglo, Finax (Finasteride IP 1 mg), Tugain Solution 10 point. I am physically fit & don t have any allergy on medicines. Please need your help whether i can use those or not. Thanks in advance.

yes you have heard correctly these medicine are very much effective in androgenetic alopecia.
there are lot of reason and type of hair fall, first you need to diagnose it.
common types are:

Alopecia Areata (AA)

Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA)

Telogen Effulivum (TA)

my advice is to contact you dermatologist first, then start treatment according to its type.
