I can understand your concern for hair loss. I can get from your history that 23 years old and facing hair falling problem since quite long period of time. As per your age it appear that your weight is quite very much high and due to this there can be an impact of hormones in yourself. A high hormonal index can cause hair fall especially in females. I suggest you to meet a dermatologist and get yourself examined for the exact cause and then treatment of the hair fall. In my patients of your kind of problem I generally go for hormonal assessment to rule out excess of serum testosterone and related hormones and then act accordingly. I suggest you to reduce your weight as an important measure to reduce the hair fall. You can take further guidance from your treating dermatologist. Take care.
