Well come to HCM
In case of female if the history of hair fall is there then this could be due to hormone imbalance "androgenic" may be likely and second if fungal infection these need to be ruled out but in either case apart from the treatment of underlying cause, Minoxidile lotion 5% can be tried, hope this information helps.
