Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss

I am a 38 yr old female. I do suffer with anxiety but I don't think this seasonal problem that I am having has anything to do with it. During this time of the year, I suffer from hair loss (balds badly in the top center of head). Any suggestions or reasons why this happens year after year?
