Suggest Treatment For Hard Bump On Thigh Oozing Blood

I was curious my fiance had a hard red jelly bean size bump on his inner thigh area i try popping it and it had some blood coming out but not alot i was wandering if i should use a sharper knife and drain it also use hot compresses on his bump or get some ointment like salve ointment or boil ease??

A blood filled lump or swelling could be hemangioma or blood containing tumor.
A clinical assessment of the lesion is required for better assessment.
Draining th lump with sharp knife may cause infection so it should be avoided.
Hot compresses will relieve pain in case the lump is painful.
Clinical examination is required for further management of the lumpThus, consult your primary healthcare provider.
