Suggest Treatment For Hard Lump Above Left Collarbone

hi, i ve had this hard lump just above my left collarbone since probably around may of this year. I told my doctor about so she sent me to get a chest x-ray, and they came back okay. So after after a while, ain. the lump seemed to get smaller and it wasnt a bother anymore. Yesterday, out of the blue, the lump started giving my problems again. Its hard, and its movable. Sometimes it moves onto the top of my collar bone and it moves back above it when i move my neck to the right. It kinda hurts too. I m thing its a lipoma? I dont think its a lymph node because i dont show any other symptoms. It kinda hurts too.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you might have developed cervical adenitis. In this condition there is lymphnode enlargement, and it is usually caused by dental infection, throat infection.
I would recommend you to show it to your doctor and get a FNAC ( needle test). If this test shows pus or infection than treatment can be done accordingly. You need to take antibiotics for two weeks.
I hope these steps will help you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
