Suggest Treatment For Hardness And Pain In Testicle

I'm really embarrassed to be asking this question. But, I pierced my left testicle through to the other side. This was part of a masochistic sex session. After removing the needle , the testicle has hardened, I feel some pain, and kind of a bump on the backside of the testicle. Will the testicle return to it's previous softness?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Noted the history of masochistic sex session where you pierced your testicle through other side. The testicle got hardened is painful and there is a kind of bump at the backside of the testicle. Wants to know whether the testicle will return to the previous softness.
Since you have pierced the testicle, there is now a hematoma formation.
It will depend upon the body's response how fast it re-absorbs the hematoma.
I would advise you to see a General Surgeon or Urologist, get ultrasonography and color doppler done to see and get the regular review done.
Get started on a proper antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines and scrotal support. Never repeat this again otherwise you may loose the testicle forever.
