My 17 year aaged daughter, who was on a holiday recently to Mumbai came back with the complaint of excessive sweating besides sweating from one side of the face. We had been to a dermatologist, who first started treatment for Rosacea and after a week or so he discontinued the treatment saying that it is Harlequin syndrome. He said that this is a rare disease and he has not much knowledge hence we should consult a senior experienced doctor.
