Hello, I have gone carefully through your report and I can understand your concern. People diagnosed with Hashimoto thyroiditis have a higher risk than the normal population to develop thyroid nodules. That is why I do recommend to my patients to do an ultrasound of the thyroid gland every 1-2 years. Your symptoms suggest for a thyroid nodule but it should be confirmed with an ultrasound. If the ultrasound results normal, than I would recommend you to visit an ENT specialist. Hope the information will help.
Hi Thanks for your concern Food regurgitation is causing this. But I would exclude Cardiac cause by an ECG.I would recommend small frequent less fat meals.Your physician may give you prokinetic drugs to improve symptoms.
