Suggest Treatment For Having Black Spot On The Penis

i have a black spot on my penis about halfway down, aboout the size of a pen head. looks like blackhead but not, cannot extract. its not raised just level with skin. if i take a cotton pad with a little extrigent on it and hold a little pressure it seems to release oil or something not puss. it becomes sore every now an then which is why im concerned. when it becomes sore its difficult to get erection. any ideas

Hello,

It can be a penile melanosis. It is harmless condition and does not cause much problems. If there is any increase in size or colour change, a biopsy may be required.
