hi,
thanks for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you have cuts.
my treatment advise would be:
- it will take around a week to heal on their own.
- you may take a course of antibiotics preferably of cephalosporin group like tab cefixime 200mg twice a day for 5 days
- you may take pain killer like tab ibuprofen.
- you may apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin or Betadine ointment twice a day.
- When, skin begins to heal, you may apply placenterax gel once a day to reduce scarring.
consult a dermatologist nearby , if persistent.
wishing you a good health.
thank you.
