Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain and bleeding after intercourse, and friable skin around vagina which tears easily, is most likely due to vaginal infection.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally, get a vaginal swab examination done to confirm the type of infection and get the further treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
