Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First of all, you should have plenty of water or orange juice or apple juice. Try to eat musli in every diner with yogurt and foods with fiber which are very important for your diet.

Try to massage your belly to make your intestine work a little more as you may have a "lazy intestine." Try to eat every day fruits like kiwi, plums, fig jam.

Try every morning a little olive oil to drink (1 spoon). Avoid fast food, snack, bananas, spicy food. Next step of course is seeing your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Elona Dashi
