Suggest Treatment For Hazy Infiltrations During PTB

Hi im channyve,frm phl. I want to work abroad as DH,my problem is i had ptb before last 2005,,ive done my treatment for six month and my 3 three sputum test and the resust was negative,but when i gone for medical there are hazy infiltrater seen in my left upper lung. .what should i do?

Thanks for your question on HCM. Old TB Lesion usually heal by fibrosis and seen as hazzy infiltrate. But it is not suggestive of active infection. But since you are facing some legal problems I guess, I advice you to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. CT Thorax as it gives much more idea about activity of lesion.
2. Bronchoscopy and BAL analysis for TB.
If both of these are negative for TB, you can assure authorities that you are not having active TB infection and you are not spreading disease.
