My daughter had a head concussion over the weekend playing soccer. She was hit in the head by another player. She did not pass out but was in a dase for a little while after. She has also had headaches since and today 4 days after getting hit she had a nose bleed. The headaches were bad the first few days and she was not feeling well. Headaches are not as bad anymore. She also feels better but I'm now woried about nose bleed. What should I do? Take her to see a Dr? Carine
head cocussion is confusion after head injury.Brain shakes after hit .it will be cured spontaneously.head ache can be cured by taking analgesicparacetamol 650 mg tid.leave the nose bleed like that. Record blood pressure to know the bleed is not from hypertention.if nose bleed is associated with csf, take care to give 1 antibiotic to stop infection.
