Suggest Treatment For Head Injury

Yes i recently crashed my truck, with minimal damage to the truck i hit my head pretty hard on my steering wheel and i have gotten sick several times. I am worried if i go to the hospital they will put me off work. Is there something really wrong with my head?

It seems from the history that had a injury to the head following which you are having sickness.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. The sickness is not related to your head injury.
2. You need to worry if you have symptoms of concussion head injury.
3. The symptoms of concussion head injury are severe headache, nausea, vomiting,dizziness..
4. If you have any of these symptoms you need to worry otherwise you need to get evalauted for the cause for recurrent sickness.
Hence you need to consult your doctor for examination to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
