Suggest Treatment For Headache, Abdominal Pain And Nausea
I have a constant headache, a severe abdominal pain across my body about a fist-width under my sternum, get a little dizzy and nausea (no vomiting or diarrhea) and have quit taking antidepressants (depression, bipolar and seasonal affective disorder) for the first time in years as I was downsized and no longer have insurance. I am a 44 year-old male.

This could be due to withdrawl symptoms following discontinuing anti depressants
GERD or acid peptic disease may be drugs induced
In my opinion you should consult a psychologist for counselling and behavioural therapy
meanwhile you can take ibuprofen for headache and anti acidity medicines for symptomatic relief
