Suggest Treatment For Headache And Blurred Vision

My 25 year old son is having headaches and blurred vision. has seen a couple of specialists and the told him the blood vessels to his eye weed inflamed and put him on IV steroids. Since then he has not improved and received a copy of the MRI which stated he had a grade 2 brain lesion. that was last week and the Neurologist has not called him back in. He is now worse, worse headaches, now seeing sport and having shaking symptoms. What should we do?
