Suggest Treatment For Headache And Bruise On Forehead

So yesterday my sis said I had a knot on my forehead that I didn t even know I had. When I woke up yesterday morning I didn t see a knot on my forehead. It looks like I hit my forehead because it looks bruised. I ve been having headaches since. It s freaking me out because I m telling myself it could be a blood clot. Should I get this checked out? The knot has went down, but it s bruised.... It s scaring me.

Do not worry about this knot.
Clean this bruise with boiled water twice a day and use Neosporin Ointnment locally on bruise after cleaning twice a day to prevent infection.
Take Tablet Chymoral Plus twice a day for 3 days.
You will be fine soon.
