I had a bloody nose last week just about a minute last week one day today my nose bled again and I had small clots again about a minute then I had a headache like tension in the sinus l stopped at CBS to take my blood pressure and it was high 166 over 99 what do u thin

Kindly visit a ENT doctor to find out the cause of nose bleed . Usually investigations like endoscopy help to know the bleeding spot and thus it can be cauterised to stop recurrent bleed.
If high bood pressure is the cause of bleeding then the doctor shall prescribe you antihypertensive that will help to b ring the BP under control.
