Suggest Treatment For Headache And Paresthesia

Female. Age: 19 yrs
I have the following clinical symptoms:
Parasthesia in fingers
Sever headaches in frontal and temporal sides radiating to the face. Have the headaches everyday. They are unbearable. Interefe with everyday life.
Myopic
Suffer from depression.
Anxiety episodes often.
Confusion.
Memory loss reported in thr past few months
Fatigue sometimes.
Suffered from typhoid in may 2013.
Suffer from UTI frequently.
An MRI with contrast was done which showed hyperintense foci in the white matter of both the frontal lobes.
