hi im 25 and i have been having bad headachs for 3 days straight ... and they get worst at night when i try ro sleeep i cant eat and sound and light makes it worst plus it feeels like the pain travels to the back of my head and my neck. what can i do to get rid of it meds dont work and im going crazy from not sleepin
