Suggest Treatment For Headache And Sore Throat After Inhaling Bleach Fumes

Hi, im a professional home cleaner and 3 days ago I was cleaning a not ventilated bathroom. There was feces and urine in the shower from the woman s dog and she wanted it useable again. I was using bleach spray and immediately felt nauseous, dizzy, amd a headache and sore throat followed under an hour later. Its been 3 days and my head only hurts more. I still have a sore throat and cant seem to stand for a long time. Ive been to two different doctors who have 1. Told me he thought it was mono, and 2. Gave me amoxicillin. Neither doctors are understanding that I know I inhaled too much bleach fumes. I cant think straight and my head has me in tears. What can I do?
