You can be having tension headache and migraine or a combination of both. Along with pain killers you will require some prophylactic medicines for prevention of these headache. Pls consult a neurologist or pain physician for complete history examination to reach final diagnosis. Only pain killer is not the proper treatment.
Drugs like tryptomer or sebelium or S-citalopram or topiramate etc will be for prophylaxis depending no diagnosis.
