Suggest Treatment For Headache , Hair Loss And Numbness In The Leg

Good evening I have had the following things go wrong with me headaches, sharp shooting pain up the back of my neck when I turn to the side, numbness in my right leg hair loss and or thinning. Brain fog I am unable to remember the simplest things depression joint pain..

I can see the anguish that you must be in. It seems that you have a migraine which is causing the issue. A migraine occurs due to trigger factors. Here are a few of them:
Fevers
Sunlight
Music
Anemia
Chronic diseases

Also, I think that you have add on aura symptoms. These are symptoms like shooting pains, numbness and other such issues.

Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
