Suggest Treatment For Headache, Nausea And Loss Of Appetite

hi. I ve been feeling sick the last two weeks and its not getting better. I have been having headaches basically every day, have been feeling nauseous and not as hungry, night sweats, sore throat and pixelated vision if that makes any sense. I ve all around just been feeling really tired and lethargic and just want to lay down all the time, which I can because I m on a basketball team and we have practice every day for three hours. I ve been getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night and drinking lots of water but it hasn t been getting better.
