im a 50 year old male been having headaches and having aches in both hands that feels like arthritis ive took my bp twice today first reading was 155/100 thhat was two hours ago came home took my exforge 10/160 mg meds took it again hour later took another reading of bp and it is 165/100 what should i do?

High blood pressure itself can cause headaches. If the blood pressure is high, you have to start on antihypertensives.
