Suggest Treatment For Headache With Palpitations And Virtigo
Hello Dr. I have had chills, mild headache, mild to moderate infrequent pain behind both ears, what feels like rapid heart rate, two morning episodes of vertgo, and overall imbalance(mild), and desquilibrium that comes and goes in waves accompanied by nausea(mild). My pcp recommended PT. The drug meclizine was of no assistance. The sxs have been waxing/waninf for 2 months w/o fully remitting. What should be my course of action

with the symptoms of head-ache,pian behind the ear,imbalance,chills and nausea; possibilities are acute ear infection or infection related to brain.better u need to see an ent surgeon for evaluation
