Suggest Treatment For Headache

Over the course of the past two days, I gave used a hair color remover, a hair bleach, and today I used a hair dye. I have been getting headaches and feeling nauseous since late last night, after applying and washing out the bleach. Is it possible that the bleach and dye are causing this?

Hello!

Thank you for your question on HCM! I appreciate your concern.

I think that your symptoms may be related to a possible absorption of the chemical components of the bleach or dye by the skin, causing mild intoxication symptoms.
The inhalation of the gas during the chemical interaction with the hair or an allergic reaction to one of the components may also be an influencing factor on this situation.

I recommend you to drink a lot of fluids and use painkillers for the headaches.
I would also advise you to change the type of bleach and dye next time.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings! Dr. Aida
