Suggest Treatment For Headaches

I have had a headache for 3 months above my left ear an goes to my eye an top of head,i have a tube in left ear ,headache was so bad I just pressed on side of my head an I could feel it bubble,next day a blood mix of green an yellow fluid started draining from my ear ,went to the doctor again,she said see you in feb like this is fine. it s still draining but pain is less.

1. Since you have discharging ear thus could be focus of infection resulting in headache thus check with an ENT Doctor for following:

i. Clean the ear with Johnson's ear buds, every time before putting antibiotic drops, ( gentamycin ear drops)
ii. Analgesic ( ibuprofen) and anti inflammatory ( tizanidine), thrice daily.
iii. If external ear is normal, put drops in the nose.
iv. After the ear becomes dry, ENT Surgeon might think of Tympanoplasty.
