Suggest Treatment For Headache, shoulder Pain & Stiffness In Neck

I have been having a headache and stiff neck and shoulder pain for almost 2 weeks. I went to the doctor yesterday and my doctor increased my BP medicine because my BP was a little elevated. Do you think this is more as a tension headache or migraine?

Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your history this could be due to any of following
High Blood pressure
Cervical spondylosis
Migraine or tension headache

In my opinion you should take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen with muscle relaxant like chlorzoxazone or tizanidine group of drugs

If you can upload me more information about your BP and complete medical history
I would advise you to get an X ray cervical spine and consult a neurologist if it gets worsens or persists

Try to find out triggers for such an episode and keep it under check
thanks for your question
wish you good health
Regards
