Ideally I would suggest that you should have a radioneuroimaging. The reason is that the trauma may be causing something like concussion- tha may include symptoms like headache, vomitting,
nausea,
vertigo and sometimes even seizures. Mlder forms may not have all the symptoms of the concussion. In case of concussion, the neuroradioimaging is essential.
A feeling of loss of memory to the event of trauma is also known
As for the indentation that you have mentioned, we need to evaluate the
scalp. There may be some damage to the scalp. The damage to the scalp may be causing this indentation.
