Suggest Treatment For Heart Burning Inspite Of His Addiction To Cocaine And Alcohol
My friend is 30, he s had used cocaine more or less every weekend 12 yrs +. He drinks a lot and has a bad diet. He is complaining about severe heart burn occurring quite often even when he s not on a bender . I m concerned for him and need some advice before I confront him. Thanks
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I appreciate your concern for your friend's health. Now, all the factors that you have mentioned such as excessive alcohol use, coccaine use as well as a poor dietary pattern could contribute to heart burn.
It is likely that he is suffering from stomach ulcers and the main triggering factors seem to be the alcohol and drug use. I would suggest that you explain the ill effects of these substances and also advise him to have a healthy, regular dietary pattern.
Wish you all the best.
